The beloved FPC Santa Monica Harvest Festival is back! Join us Sunday, October 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. following worship for pumpkin painting, awesome inflatables, face painting, balloon twisting, an amazing petting zoo, carnival games, and arts and crafts. There is plenty for adults too, including an expanded Food Garden where the coffee and donuts are free and lunch is available for purchase. Thank you to everyone who donated backpacks on Sunday, August 21st as part of our Blessing of the Backpacks moment during service. During August Kids Night Out, our children and youth will fill these backpacks with brand new school supplies and donate them to Upward Bound House here in Santa Monica.

12:00–5:00 p.m. – Juneteenth Community Celebration
Please join us for a combined worship service at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 19th at Calvary Baptist Church as we commemorate the end of slavery in the United States. Following the service, there will be a community celebration featuring food, entertainment, activities for children and more.
There is a shuttle service available from FPC Santa Monica to Calvary Baptist Church. If you are interested in taking the shuttle, please contact the church office or email info@fpcsantamonica.org.

This Sunday, we will be assembling lunches for the Hollywood Food Coalition, an organization dedicated to providing our cities with food, community, and support. If you are able, please bring as many sandwiches as you wish for the youth to assemble during their Faith Group time. The most popular types of sandwiches include: pb + j, turkey, ham, and salami. Please label the sandwich bag with the type of sandwich you’ve included and we will collect them from you on the patio before worship begins.

During worship, we will celebrate the completion of another year of children’s and youth programs, promoting all children and youth to their next grade level. We will specifically recognize our graduating high school seniors and our newest Youth Group members who are making the jump from elementary to middle school. In addition, we will say thank you to all of our hardworking staff and volunteers who work with our children and youth on a regular basis.
